Parent / Guardian Details
I confirm that I am the parent/guardian of the child(ren) registered and hereby consent and confirm that I have the authority to consent that he/she/they may be conveyed (by ambulance, car or other means) to hospital or a doctor for the purpose of medical attention where such is deemed necessary by Sonny’s All Star Camp volunteers. I declare that all of the information and details furnished are true and correct and that Sonny’s All Star Camp and Glenmore GAA Club shall not be held liable in contract or tort for any damage/injury arising from any omission or error on my part. I also consent for photo and/or videography of my child(ren) to be used on this website and/or our Facebook page.
Glenmore GAA Club
Sonny’s All Star Camp is hosted at Glenmore GAA Grounds.
Most of our volunteers come from Glenmore’s Hurling, Camogie and Handball Clubs with the funds raised going back into Glenmore GAA Club.
